The JGC Group Code of Business Conduct governs the way we work in JGCAP. It is established with reference to JGC Way.

The JGC Group Code of Business Conduct is comprehensive, covering a wide-ranging guide for desirable corporate behaviour. Contents of the JGC Group Code of Business Conduct includes Our Pride, Bribery and Other Anti-Social Transactions, Fair Competition and International Trade and other important areas. All JGCAP employees, contractors, and business partners that we employ and work with are expected to understand and comply with this initiative.

We encourage our employees, contractors, and business partners to share any concerns that they may have or if this Code is being violated, anonymously if they wish, and without fear of retaliation.
