JGC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (JGCAP) recognizes Quality (Q), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Security and Environmental (E) matters as major part of its principal strategic objectives of the company to ensure its growth and leadership in its line of business. We commit ourselves to be a total QOHSE company. Our Integrated Management System (IMS) defines our approach to the management of all aspects of our work in consideration of QOHSE requirements. We will sustain our company operations, that is Customer focused, professional and innovative where Quality, OHS and Environmental matters are the hallmarks of every operation. In order to achieve this goal, we state our QOHSE Policy as follows:

Toward our vision for 2025, we make the commitment to:
- Provide the Quality that meets all applicable requirements, including, but not limited to:
- requirements agreed in the contract/purchase order
- applicable statutory and regulatory requirements

We aim to be the organization which customers regard as their Contractor of choice when they have any concerns, wishes, plans and challenges for their facilities. JGCAP facilitates the above through a Quality Management System that accords the principles of ISO 9001:2015.

JGCAP with its long term vision, recognizes and believes in committing to the followings:
- Always carry out our project operations in the safest manner and prevention of injury and ill health with a GOAL ZERO in mind.
- Start project safe from the engineering stage with the adoption of Safety in Design concept, constructability study and finish strong capability.
- Complying with all legal and other requirements and maintain interested parties’ satisfaction level across our business operations
We believe in building an organization with a strong safety culture that strive for Continuous Improvement on our OHS Management System that accords the principles of ISO 45001: 2018.

The summary statistics, as per below, have shown that we have done remarkably well.
The data reflected on our Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR) & Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR) for the past 5 years, which includes JGC Singapore Pte Ltd, JGC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (Malaysia Branch) and JGC ASIA PACIFIC (M) SBN BHD (Subsidiary).
As we continue to strive for a safe working environment, we would relentlessly continue to educate our employees the importance of safety regardless they are in the office or at the construction site, with the belief in our JGC Group HSSE Core Value on Respect and Care
